The historic seaside town of Fréjus has great real estate potential

The Local Urban Plan (PLU) was revised in 2019. Fréjus benefits from the Pinel tax exemption scheme (zone A).

Fréjus is a city of Art and History which concentrates the greatest number of ancient vestiges after the city of Arles. Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea at the mouth of the Argens and Reyran rivers, it has become over the years a renowned tourist resort on the French Riviera. The population of the commune exceeds 50,000 inhabitants.

In the city centre, the authorised building heights are 9 metres (i.e. R+2).

The Mayor of Fréjus is Mr David RACHLINE

The town of Fréjus has many reserved sites for roads, infrastructures and public facilities and for the creation of social housing. There are many around the town centre, the D559 departmental road, the Fréjus-Autotrain station, the DN7 / D37 departmental road and in the Robert and Cais districts in the north of the town.

The rate of social housing is low, at 8%. The demographic growth of the city is zero, while the share of families in the population is slightly decreasing.

A few planning permissions have recently been granted for the creation of individual dwellings.
