Saint-Brieuc (22)

The Local Urban Plan of Saint-Brieuc is in force since 2018

Marie-Claire Diouron, mayor of Saint-Brieuc, is surrounded by Jacky Desdoigts, deputy mayor, for urban planning issues.

16% of the plots are in the UAa mixed-use zone, designed to accommodate housing, shops, offices and activities without nuisance. They are concentrated in the traditional centre of Saint-Brieuc.
One parcel in two is in an urban extension zone, UBa, UBb or UBc, depending on the density, intended for housing, services and activities.

Saint-Brieuc: a historic town with some real estate projects

9 building permits were authorised in 2018 in Saint-Brieuc, equivalent to 205 collective dwellings, located mainly in the town centre. 24 building permits for premises authorised in 2018 are located near the railway station, around the Saint-Brieuc hospital centre and near the Hélène Boucher stadium.

Born in the Middle Ages, Saint-Brieuc has many plots of land located in areas protected by historical monuments, notably in the town centre, which includes several historical buildings including the Saint-Brieuc Fountain, a vestige of the monastery that was the origin of Saint-Brieuc, and around the Rohannec'h villa located in a listed site and towards the Pointe de Cesson.
