Thionville: land opportunities in the city centre and near the motorway

In Thionville, property prices are around €3,300 per square metre but can easily fall to €2,800 per square metre if you move away from the city centre.

A few real estate developments are being marketed near the A31 towards Luxembourg. Some twenty building permits have recently been authorised.
